Readable Town is a service of Diego Luján Studio. In this notice, "we" means Diego Luján Studio, which runs readabletown.com and decides how the details you send are used.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site.

• The waitlist form: your email address, your town, county or district, your state and your consent, plus your name, role and town website if you choose to add them, and which page and language you signed up from.
• The contact form: your name, your email address and your message.

Why we use it

We use waitlist details to tell you when Readable Town opens, with the price and what is included, and to understand which places and roles are interested. We use contact messages only to reply. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own use.
• We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. This site sets no cookies.
• Our fonts and scripts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact other companies when you read it.

Where it is kept

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Form submissions are stored in Netlify's forms service, and Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the service. Netlify describes its own practices in the Netlify privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Readable Town opens and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep contact messages for as long as we need to answer them.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Use the contact form and say what you would like. Any email we send you will also tell you how to be removed from the list.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
